Was cheered up by an e-mail I received today inviting me to consider attending a wokshop on 'brain-based learning.' Spent some happy moments considering which other organs or body parts might be fundamental to an education.
An attempt to convey a few of the thoughts & feelings of an expatriate teacher in sunny Singapore (and adjacent spots on occasion.)

And life's best part depends on the liver.
But I too have seen such things and wonder
What learning is with no brain under.
By the way, I assume that a 'wokshop' has something to do with fixing the old brain-pan. :)
